Using our Shopping Cart
In order to shop on our site, customers use shopping carts. We actually store the shopping cart information on your computer. In order for us to store the information on your computer, we use "cookies". If your Internet browser does not have cookies enabled, the information cannot be stored, which means your shopping cart remains empty.

To enable cookies on your browser, follow the steps below. If you need further assistance, refer to the documentation provided with your web browser.

To set Netscape Navigator to allow cookies:

1. Select Edit, then Preferences from the title bar menu of the browser window.
2. Click on "Advanced" on the Preferences window.
3. Click on either of the Accept Cookies buttons.
4. Click OK

To set Internet Explorer to allow cookies:

1. Select Tools, then Internet Options from the title bar menu of the browser window.
2. Click on "Security" on the Internet Options window, and then press the "Custom Levels" button.
3. Scroll down and click the Always Accept Cookies button.
4. Click OK

Navigating through our Site

You may use the links in the left-hand navigation bar to link to the different areas of our secure site. The back link will always take you to the previous page you were on. While completing an order form, most browsers will allow you to use your tab key to move from one field to the next, rather than using your mouse to point and click.

Online Order Limitations

If you would like to place a reorder for a portrait sitting, you must have already received your original order. We are unable to process additional orders until your original order has completed initial processing. Once you have received your original order please return to www.jcpenneyportraits.com to place your reorder.
Reorders may only be processed for sittings that are less than 90 days old. After 90 days, images are unavailable for  reorder.Back to Top


Shipping/Handling and Turnaround Time
JCPenney Portraits does not charge a shipping and handling fee for the purchase of Portrait Club Memberships or Gift Certificates. Portrait Club members enjoy the benefit of waived sitting fees during their membership period.

• When purchasing a Portrait Club Membership online you will be required to print a Portrait Club Voucher after your order is placed. This voucher can be redeemed at your first portrait sitting for your official membership card. If you are unable to print or need additional help, please call 1-800-59SMILE for assistance.
• Gift Certificates are sent via US Mail, please allow 10-14 business days for delivery.

Portrait Club Vouchers

When purchasing a Portrait Club Membership online you will be required to print a Portrait Club Voucher after your order is placed. This voucher can be redeemed at your first portrait sitting for your official membership card. If you are unable to print or need additional help, please call

If you are purchasing the card as a gift, complete the form using the name of the person you will be giving the membership to. Complete the payment information and submit your order. When the order is confirmed, print the voucher and present the voucher to the recipient so that they can redeem at their first portrait sitting.
